At FairPrice Goods Depot, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund terms below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return or refund process.

Out-of-Stock Items & Substitutions

If a product in your order is unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative (different brand) with equal or greater value.

  • You will only be charged the lower price if applicable.
  • If you are not satisfied with the substitute, you may request a refund or store credit before dispatch.

Grocery & Perishable Items Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Fresh produce (vegetables & fruits)
  • Meat & seafood
  • Dairy products
  • Rice & flour
  • Spices
  • Ready-to-eat items
  • Other perishable grocery goods

Customers are required to inspect grocery items at the time of delivery. We cannot accept damage claims once the
delivery has been completed.

Frozen Product Disclaimer

Frozen products are carefully packed to maintain freshness and food safety. However, they may not always arrive
completely frozen due to transit conditions. Slight thawing does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Delivery & Refund Conditions

  • Orders that are canceled, refused, or rescheduled without prior agreement may not qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Acceptance Policy

  • Order confirmations do not guarantee final acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • An order is considered complete once it has been dispatched.

Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years or older and registered on our website to place an order.

Pickup Orders

If you select the “Pickup” option, you are responsible for collecting your order from the designated location.
If delivery is later requested, additional charges may apply based on distance and order size.

Messages received outside business hours will be addressed on the next working day.
